Noise Complaint
If I had a dollar for every time the police showed up to the bar. "excessive noise" "disturbances" etc.. I honestly feel the harassment by cops and individuals living directly behind the bar added to the problems and struggles.
Was the bar really that loud? judge for yourself 😉
